Although performed in the studio in the 'Redjazblu' style this original is normally performed live as more of a rock number. You can get a hint of this in the last 3 or 4 minutes of the track. All 'Redjazblu-style tracks must work within a top range of 4x chords. 2x chords are more the norm; and if it can be done with just one chord then even better (Fog is 2x). LYRICS
You might think you know what you’re doing
and what you’re saying
And the love we’re sharing is not so heavy
we’re just playing
I don’t seem to figure
What you’re doing to me
I would fight the world for you
And risk my liberty
Fog rolls in and you don’t even notice me
Fog rolls in and you don’t even notice me
As I walk away
If all cigars were made from ‘C’
And coffe lace with vitamin ‘E’
I would think our flying time
Much higher then the other three
May the son of heaven and earth
Bless this passing night
And rain hurl love-drops
Upon your cherished light
Fog rolls in and you don’t even notice me
Fog rolls in and you don’t even notice me
As I walk away
Take your time to turn away
Come think of what I’m doing
Take a thought of pleasure untold
And the end of me in ruin
It’s the waves of of sesual smoke
bewildering all their freedom
And the illusion of desire
That’s keeping them imprisoned
Fog rolls in and you don’t even notice me
Fog rolls in and you don’t even notice me
As I walk away
Fog rolls in and you don’t even notice me
Fog rolls in and you don’t even notice me
As I walk away
Fog rolls in and you don’t even notice me
Fog rolls in and you don’t even notice me
As I walk away
